Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally reverse a charge already completed. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests

If a purchase was accidental, duplicated, or the paid service was materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days of the charge. Include the purchase email, plan, transaction reference, and a short explanation.

Usage

Refund eligibility may be reduced or declined when a substantial portion of included generation or remix credits has already been consumed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.
