Terms of Service

1. Service

ReactifyMeme provides browser-based tools for generating, editing, and exporting memes and reaction images. Features and generation limits depend on the subscription plan shown at purchase.

2. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable recurring fee. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ReactifyMeme to create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, targeted harassment, or material that infringes another person's rights.

4. Your content

You retain rights to content you upload, subject to rights needed for us and our service providers to process it. You are responsible for having permission to use uploaded images and for the content you publish.

5. AI output

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other outputs. Review every result before publishing. We do not guarantee that output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ReactifyMeme is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
